Runway Scout is an Australian online store, shipping worldwide to over 80 countries. The business was started by Susan in 2012 in the office of her 2-bedroom apartment, and was initially intended as a hobby to occupy herself outside of her corporate job as a lawyer. Susan's work ethic instilled during her law firm days, desire for perfection and passion for ensuring excellent customer service, meant that Susan had to quickly upgrade her home office space and staffing resources to cope with demand from both new and loyal customers. Moving warehouses to keep up with growth, and now landing in a modern, light-filled space on the Gold Coast's Burleigh Heads, Susan has seen the business grow from strength to strength, year on year. Now a mum of two young children, Susan's drive and passion to create a sustainable, quality brand is at an all-time high.
